About

An educational point-and-click game for mobile using Augmented Reality (AR). Made as a group project.
This game was made for and delivered to 3 Museos in Monterrey, Mexico.

The entirety of the game was made in Unity, with Autodesk 3Ds Max and Photoshop used for the modeling and 2D art respectively.

The goal of the game is to find the items or people each NPC asks for inside of the three different dioramas, and deliver it to them.

Inside of the museum visitors can find markers to scan with their mobile camera, projecting the diorama unique to that marker in-game. There the players can interact with NPCs and items to do fetch quests and complete the storylines.

The game’s clothing, props and dioramas are all created to accurately represent ancient Aztec culture. The NPCs’ storylines and dialogue explain parts of their culture to the player as they progress.
Creating this game was done while closely working together with the museum’s staff, to ensure the accuracy of every element.

My role

I was one of the artists, responsible for the design and creation of the characters and many props – both decorative and interactable.
